    Need to lose weight?

you have to find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you exactly how many you need to maintain your weight or lose it (if it shows only maintenance number take off 400-500cal for losing)
Mens bodies tend to store fat on abdomen while womens all over the place.

You need to find out your BMI- body mass index. (Height against weight) and look up recommend calorie intake. Sounds like you need to decrease whatever you are taking in now and increase your activity.
