What kind of diet should I be on?

Im looking for a website or someone to give a quick rundown of what I kind of diet I should be on to gain muscle. I workout a good amount but dont eat enough to show it. I know that you need protein and carbs and whatnot. I was hoping someone could give a specific diet or maybe an outline of what would be good. For example breakfast – toast and a banana lunch – salad with chicken strips dinner – steak and pasta…granted I just BSed that but you get the idea. What should I eat and when should I eat it? 6 meals a day…but what kind of meals? Thanks.

    1) Keep it simple first
    here’s 2 articles on eating healthy -

    AND steps for fat loss success

    2) Eat steam food, vegetables, fruits, lean meat

    3) drink plenty of water and green tea

    4) Avoid junk food, snacks and soda drinks

    5) have 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only) to keep the tummy
    satisfied

    6) exercise – combine weights and cardio.

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    that is a link for the protein shake. chocolate mousse is awesome and even though its protein and water it tastes like a milkshake. protein shake for breakfast, plus some oatmeal [natural not the sugary kind] for a snack any kind of energy bar or maybe some veggies like carrots or something for lunch a salad plus some chicken or maybe a sandwich with coldcuts [try to stay away from mayonnaise and fatty stuff] for another snack maybe some yogurt or the same snack as mentioned above also maybe some cheese or coldcuts and for dinner chicken breast is good, so are turkey burgers or turkey bacon. only eat bananas after you work out. stay away from anything high in fat or sugar and red meat. turkey and chicken are the best for you. don’t eat too late at night and with a diet like this its okay to cheat a little bit on weekends and if you go for it and you work out you should get muscles in no time.

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    I’m not hear to give you a web site but i can give you advise. A diet is what you eat every day. You should not go on a diet were you miss all the great foods you love to eat. In the market just see if it comes with less fat, sugar, or calorise. If you can’t find healthier stuff then you eat the food you injoy with moderation. That way you are healthy and you don’t have to go on a diet that makes you look better but can really make you sick. That is the best advise I can give you. I am a little chubby but I have lost a lot of wieght thanx to this method.
