1-2-Succeed asked: I am 5′4, female 230 pounds and seriously looking to lose weight now. Here is my plan.
1. Drink water (or cystal light)
2. Eat 2 meal replacement shakes (atkins)
3. If alcohol drink it with diet soda
4. Excercise 4 – 5 times a week 30 mins cardio or more.

breakfast:
4 strips of bacon, 2 eggs, hashbrown,two pancakes, 1 cup of orange juice
lunch:
a blt sandwich with baked fries on the side
diet soda
dinner: mashed potatoes with three chicken breasts. and a cup of lemonade.
dessert: low fat chocolate pie with vanilla wipped cream
snacks: 100 calorie packs.
