This is the one that you counted units of food as opposed to calories or points.

    Losing weight without starving yourself

I have old ones I copied for my use, but I’m really nervous about giving my email to anyone to scan or send. I can tell you that the Richard Simmons little plastic flip chart thing is really similar and you could make your own. If you really want me to try and send you a copy you could always put your address on comments and I’ll send you one through snail mail. For the record I found that old program worked so much better than the points. The points, I don’t think, make you focus on proper portions and extra calories. It’s too easy to eat the snickers bar and think you will eat a salad the rest of the day with limited protein and then you skip dairy and fruit, etc. I lost 25 pounds in 3 months with the old plan and dropped out with the points. Plus, the points are just too much work with a family, late nights, etc.
