Weight Lose and Detox?

About 2 weeks ago, my hubby and I decided to lose weight. I am horribly obese, and so far, I have lost 11 pounds. I have only changed my eating habits, no pop, cut down majorly on the carb intake. So my questions are- what is a good way to have an effective weight loss, seeing good numbers weekly, and what is a good way to detox your body. I have a goal of losing 70 pounds by July 14th (vacation!!). PLEASE!! ALL HELP IS NEEDED!! Also if you have some great exercise tips, all is appreciated!!

I lost 60 lbs by doing weight watchers and kept it off for 5 years. I did NOT go to meetings — I got the points information, bought some cookbooks PLUS took Healthy Choice lunches to work (they have WW points on them) — you actually get to EAT. Fastest Way to Lose Weight
eat lots of veggies, and walk with weights morning and night, the faster the better. just eating sensibly and being active, will help enormously. if you can swim every day do so…. it uses the most muscles of any one exercise. good luck……oh ya….stay positive and dont weigh yourself every day and also, take measurments. you will gain muscle if you are exercising and muscle weighs more than fat. dont let that discourage you. as for detox. i heard that 24 hours of water and grapes will detox the body. will not harm you either.

I just started a detox system called Ultimate Cleanse (by Nature’s Secret). I’ve heard really good things about it, including weight loss stories, although I couldn’t give you any results from my own experience (yet).
Another thing I was looking at today were the benefits of honey in weight loss! Apparently two tablespoons of honey before you go to bed will help you lose weight. Go to this site and read up on it, it’s really interesting and informative!
