Am I getting enough vital nutrients and vitamins with this diet?

Breakfast: 2 Oatibix with sliced banana and blueberries.

Lunch: Oatmeal bread sandwich (2 slices) with tomato, cucumber and chicken. Use Flora low-fat spread instead of butter.

Dinner: Chicken or tuna with peas, carrots, broccoli and chick peas or butter beans.

Dessert: Orange

I drink only water.

Am I eating too little and not getting enough vitamins/nutrients?

    Metabolism and Your Weight

    it sounds fine. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. eat 900gms of veggies a day.
