How long will it take to experience weight loss?

After changing your diet and increasing your excersising, how long will it take to experience any kind of weight loss?

I know that muscle weighs more than fat per unit. Does this mean if you gain muscle mass and lose the fat mass, will your body look healthier? That is, will it look like you are “less flabby?”

    Well, you could lose about 5 pounds in two weeks which is very healthy. So about 2 pounds a week.

    Towards you other question, Muscle does weigh more than fat, so you might gain the first few days because you have been gaining muscle and not losing fat. No one loses fat the first few days, but yes. If you keep at it, the muscle and fat will balance out so that the fat level can go down. So don’t worry. Just keep at it. Your body will eventually get rid of the fat.

    Need to lose weight?

    Usually in the beginning of your weight loss journey, through exercise and diet, you will be able to lose more weight than later part in the weight loss. If you do your exercise right and eat the right way, you will be able to lose weight quickly.
