There&#039;s nothing you can do about the height issue, but as for gaining muscle....

Increase your protein intake, and start lifting weights, with a little cardio mixed in. High weight and low reps are the key to gaining muscle mass. Do your core lifts, (squat, deadlift, bench, power clean), but don&#039;t forget the other lifts (good mornings, bicep curls, tricep excercises, etc.) for a balanced body. Running is also good, but keep the cardio to a minimum until you get to the size you want.
