Low Carb Diet Advice.Ketone Strips?

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this…….

I’ve been a very low carb diet for about 2 weeks, which has been going very well. I’m pretty experienced at this, have done low carb on and off for almost 7 years and keep a close watch over my carbs and calories. Drink lots of water and get to the gym daily.

Now, I’ve been monitoring myself with ketone test strips and since I’ve started my diet they have all tested postive in the moderate to high range. However, yesterday they started to register as negative, completely out of the blue. And they are negative today!

Yesterday I was busy and ate nothing but two scrambled eggs in the morning……how can this be possible?????
