good weight loss ideas? ive hit rock bottom?

i became a binge eater in the summer of 2007 and i have been dealing with weight gain ever since. I was extremely obsessive about losing weight before that and i was 5′4″ and 103 lbs but i started binging almost every day and i still do and now i am up to 132 lbs! My parents dont believe that I have a problem so i have tried every approach on my own to losing weight: a 10-day no starch detox, low carb diet, calorie shifting, starvation, diet pills, juice fasts, fruit fasts, going vegan, high-protien diet, 3 small meals today, and many more. I seriously do not know wat else to do! How can i just start eating a really clean diet and doing good workouts without having a relapse of bad habits?!?!

    make it a habit for 21 days to eat healthy, not over eat (eat ONLY when hungry)

    Make yourself hungry by getting lots of exercise (weights and cardio)

    You might be a little over weight, and its a good thing you found out know, before it became a bigger problem, I know i am over weight, and my sister and my self went on the biggest loser, we do it at home, we weighed in on Jan 2 and we followed the weight watchers diet. We did’nt join weight watchers, we did that at home also. It is so much easier with a buddy to do it with, helps you stay on track. To this day my sister has lost 67lbs and i lost 51, so it does work, never give up on yourself because you are totally worth it.
