What would be a good exercise/eating plan for me?

I weigh 160 pounds, my goal weight is 140. I want to lose weight but also get toned. I don’t have a lot of time to work out so I want to get the most out of every workout for the time I have. What should I eat and what should my exercise plan be?

    well when your anywhere try to get in the sun as much as possible so you can sweat and then burn all the calories. you can also consider the nutrisystem plan…in any free time you have try to work out a lot and only at healthy foods…no greasy foods or fried foods.

    I work two jobs and have an 11 year old with home work so I know about time but pop a Cd in and work out. Even just watching it helps. I t gets you motivated. Some times I watch for the first time and then feel guilty and get up and exercise.
