I work two jobs and have an 11 year old with home work so I know about time but pop a Cd in and work out. Even just watching it helps. I t gets you motivated. Some times I watch for the first time and then feel guilty and get up and exercise.</description>

well when your anywhere try to get in the sun as much as possible so you can sweat and then burn all the calories.  you can also consider the nutrisystem plan...in any free time you have try to work out a lot and only at healthy foods...no greasy foods or fried foods.</description>

only eat when your hungry, only eat til your full.  drink a lot of water.  excercise.  eat fruits and veggies.  good luck.</description>
