eating plan good for someone staying there weight?

your mom asked:


im trying to keep my weight..
and this is basically how i usually
eat,regularly.
breakfast:1 oatmeal-100 calories-sugar free
and one apple..

lunchh-two oranges,and a calorie pack.

dinner-usually another calorie pack
or a salad..

on the days i have cheerleadingg
i eat school lunch which is supposed
to be healthy but i dont believe it
we have like,pizza,and tacos,and
stuff,but when i eat it i dont feel fat
at all or anythingg,should i eat this
regularly or my active days..
and if that eating plan is not good
what is a good one for getting a lot
of nurtition,and why is it so good
to get a lot of nutrition.
and is red diamond sugar free
tea okay to drink or is it bad,
because its blended with splenda
sugar.
or would a diet drink be better,
such as sprite zero.
