Will an Adipex diet pill show on a urine drug test?

Will taking 1 adipex show up on a drug test as cocaine? I have a prescription for them but I let my boyfriend try one early Sunday morning and he found out he has a drug test (urine) Tuesday morning. Will this effect the outcome of his test? Someone told him it will show like he took cocaine since Adipex is an amphetamine. I think the test they use is the one they dip a strip into the urine, it’s not a high tech test.

I’m not sure what the half life of adipex is, but i’m thinking if he drinks lots of water he may be able to slide by, Especially if it was just a one time thing. Even if it is a dip strip i think they still usually do the 5 panel test, I think that tests for benzodiazipines (xanax, valium, etc.) Opiates (Lortab, Vicodin, Oxy’s,) THC (Marijuana) Amphetamines (adderall, adipex, coke,) and barbituates (i think barbituates is the 5th one.) I have even heard that dexatrim, stackers and certain OTC energy boosters can show up as an amphetamine.
