    u dont really need sugar at all. If your trying to lose fat, avoid all sugar as much as possible. That means limiting fruit as well.

    Slim down – remove fat

    The four components of all foods are carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids…

    Vitamins are also necessary.

    Fiber is important too.

    Drink pure, filtered water (not bottled, unless it says Steam Distilled)…

    Also drink tea, freshly brewed, not bottled.

    Read the labels of your foot products and avoid High Fructose Corn Syrup. It is linked to Obesity, Diabetes, and various diseases.

    Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.

    You also need to exercise…… Walk, run, jump, dance, hop, sit-ups, jumping jacks, stretches,

    You do need sugar for energy… Not candy-bars, but fruits and fruit juices…. Sugar (carbohydrates) are a source of energy for the body….. If you eat sugar and then watch TV, it’s not going to help… But if you exercise, you’re going to need some sugar (carbohydrates).

    If you’re looking to eat healthier the easiest thing to do is just greatly reduce fatty/greasy foods and foods that are high in sugar.
