How long does it take for your stomach to shrink and to get used to a diet?

I eat a healthy 1500 calorie a day diet, with plenty of veggies, whole grains, and fruit. But I really dont like being hungry and not being used to this amount of food is hard and I’m getting antsy. How long does it take for my stomach to shrink so less food fills me?

    give it a few days, my stomach got used to it after a week and my stomach is stubborn, if you feel hungry try drinking some water, some people mistake thirst for being hungry, drink a cup of water then wait a few minutes to see if you actually are hungry or if you are dehydrated…

    The body is really a weird complex machine, but it cant tell the future. So it goes based on whatever its been used to for the past day or so…

    give it about 3 days, and you’ll notice the food will fill you up. and keep it going, as soon as your body “Feels” like it wont get enough food intake, it will switch into starvation mode and store fats.

    Slim down – remove fat

    it’s more about your mind adjusting than your body. the body can adapt very quickly. the mind takes a little longer.

    you are physiologically used to eating more, however as time passes it will seem less and less foreign to you. try not to focus on how full your stomach is. stay busy and occupy your mind with something more constructive.
