    Want to lose weight?

At our age man, eating like that is common. If you’re not gaining any weight then no problemo. But if you are then eat alot but better foods. Like instead of eating a whole bag of chips, try some carrots with some ranch or something.Substitution:Nature’s comprimise.

    Slim down – remove fat

    eat less, exercise more…

get out of your house or quit doing the activities that you are doing when you eat.

Realize — almost everyone likes to eat because it feels good; however, if you keep doing it, you will feel awful!

It’s all about discipline and choice. You can choose to be different, and you had better, or you will pay for it. Plus, the older you get, the harder it is to change.

    Take this plan –

2-3 servings of healthy protein (chicken, lean meat, etc.)
    3 servings of bread
as many fresh fruits and veggies as you want
2 max of sweets and fats — that means whatever the bag says for a serving size (or smaller) A small amount of potato chips, or a half package of candy

    - Drink lots of water
    - Cut out soda, gatorade and most juices

You can do it! And get outside (ride your bike, go to a park, get your parents to put you in karate or a gym…something!)
