    Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

    1) Carbohydrates
    2) I dunno oxygen, nitrogen? both are pretty heavily used (oh ok organic i think enzymes then)
    3) Minerals
    4) Fats
    5) I think it’s just Calories upper case
