good breakfast for someone on a diet?

mitchell m asked:

I begin my day with a two egg omlet with two slices of low fat ham, one strip of bacon and a two sprinkles of low fat cheddar cheese. It makes a good size omlet. When i count the calories it comes out to be 320-340 cals. Is this a good breakfast. Then i drink one 8 ounce glass of 2% milk then two big glasses of water. I start my day with this meal everyday, and was just wondering is this a good meal?

    Need to lose weight?

The food you eat for breakfast & lunch you’ll burn off. Be careful with dinner.
