take a look at Beverly international . 

I do replace my lunch with a protein drink but i have 6 small meals instead of 3 and i eat not white flour of white sugar . my carbs are very low also . i have 2 carb days that for dinner i have a sweet potato , brown rice and a vegtable . no meat for those meals . i drink a gallon of water.</description>

You will want to look at how many calories are in the shake. A lot or protien powers have a lot of calories in them, which will not help lose fat.</description>
