Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan?

lisathechef7 asked:

I’m 17, 5″7 and I weigh 335lbs(Not afraid to admit) I wanna lose 50lbs or more before the year is over with. I’m starting June 1st. So far it’s been about a week now, I’ve cut out all Junk Food. I’ve just been eating Baked Chicken Breast and Veggies and Walking 3-4Miles of Indoor Walking everyday. Can anyone come up with a Healthy Eating Plan? I’m in school so I get up everyday at 5:30am, exercise, fruit and I’m out the house before 7:30. Please Help Me thanks.
You Guys thanks for the help. But I was kind of looking for a sample menu/plan.

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

STOP EATING FRUIT IN THE MORNING, CAUSE FRUIT IS A SUGAR AND IT TURNS INTO FAT. I RECOMMEND EATING A HALF A CUP OF INSTANT OATMEAL. AND DRINKING A HALF OF GALLON OF DISTILL WATER. IT WILL WORK P.S. PLEASE CONSULT WITH YOUR DOCTOR FIRST.THANKS
