    I wish there was a way to just reduce stomach fat, but the reality is that there’s no such thing as spot reduction. And supplements are nothing more than a waste of time and money. If you want to lose stomach fat, you’ll want to eat good, nutritious meals of veggies, fruits, grains and meat. Make sure fatty foods consist of less than 30% of your overall diet.

    As for exercise, you’ll want to do cardio work, interval training and weight lifting. There are programs that combine all three to give you a really great workout in about 30 minutes. By doing this stuff, I was able to lose 20 pounds in 3 months. Just need to be dedicated, motivated and persistent.
