Continue what you are doing. Try not to eat much bread or pasta as well. I’m sure that if you call your doctor she/he could give you some pointers as well. Try to eat breakfast,lunch and dinner, and a couple small snacks between those meals. Drink lots of water!!

try to hit the gym at least 5-6 days a week… i recommend at least 45 minutes cardio ( stairmaster is amazing), and no less then 30 minute weight training, and always stretch! absolutely NO SUGAR and go light on the carbs. and try and cut out all bread ( eat wholewheat if you have to). ummm, no alcohol whatsoever, it just turns into sugar, then fat…. but if absolutely have to drink, there is some beer out the that only have 95 calories and 2 1/5 grams of carbs… and if you are a wino, such as myself, limit it two glasses a week… ok? tell me how it goes
