Is this a good way to lose weight?

Hi.I amlooking for a good diet to lose weight and feel better. I was thinking of doing and all-vegetable diet (excluding hi-carb ones like potatoes and corn). i would give up diet soda and hi-fat coffee drinks. I have tried Atkins and hated it cuz i dont reallly car for meat, and liquid detoxes leave me hungry and tired. if i eat all veggies and drink lots of water would this be a good healthy way to lose weight? thanks for the advice!

    Excellent way! Research what to pair (such as rice and beans) to get your full supply of amino acids (aka protein).

    Well, I’m a great fan of Weight Watchers. Sounds old fashioned and hokey, but I have to say, it works. Mostly because you dont have to follow high restrictions; moderation is key. I’ve dropped 15 lbs in 3 mos, and I dont feel deprived at all. Not the fastest weight loss, but the least painful.

    You should really try the South Beach Diet…..they have vegetarian guidelines and it is a healthy way to change your life. Diets never work, so you really need to look at a lifestyle change…..South Beach is a good one that you should be able to stick to and get MUCH healthier.
