Okay, Here is what worked for me:

Cut out pop and fizzy drink, or, failing that; swap coke cola for diet coke etc. You’d be surprised at how many people fail to lose weight by drinking so much of that calorie filled crap…

You should be allowed into your local gym, consider joining a “Dance Aerobic” programme or gaining access to the gym equipment 3 or 4 times a week.

If you cannot do this try joining circuit training or swimming as all of these activities burn calories very quickly with little effort.

Eat in between 1800-2000 calories everyday, because anything more or less could mess up your metabolism and cause you to gain weight…

Eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetables a day, drink 8+ glasses of water everyday and try drinking a teaspoon or two of apple-cider vinegar every day, as it’s good for your metabolism.

I’m not an expert, but I do know that your plan will be a sure success if you stick to it! I think that exercise is key in addition to eating proper foods (lots of fruit and veg). Green tea certainly doesn’t hurt either :) I recently came across a tea called yerba mate (google it). I tried it and it has a really nice taste to it, and apparently it’s supposed to have more vitamins and nutrients than green tea itself. Try it if you get a chance!

    Good luck!
