Suggestions on some lean meals for muscle gain and weight loss?

i know that white chicken breasts and cooked fish are great, along with veggies and brown rice, but i wanted to know of some other lean meals i could mix in everyonce in a while. i will NOT become a vegeterian, so dont try en tell me the only way to get lean and cut is to be a vegetarian. i do workout and i do cardio 5 times a week. i just think that if i put the whole package together and start eating lean that i could start seeing results. so i need meal/snack suggestions. thx.

    Need to lose weight?

    Chicken and fish are great for reducing weight for leaner bodies. If you want to bulk up mustle and you will need to add red meat once a week. To bulk up mustle you need to use weights or an exercise band. I would suggest because I am on the program is the 6 Week Body Makeover. It is great, my husband and I have both lost a excellent amount of weight. You will learn how to eat to make the food work for you.
