    Want to lose weight?

    I’ve not tried it but I will tell you this as a trainer and nutritionist:

    99% of all diets work. You just need to follow it (compliance) and give it time (4 weeks at least).

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    I agree with tohian. You need to stay focused. If you can do that, then Strip That Fat will work great!

    Lose weight fast

    I have tried the Strip That Fat system and continue to do so – I’ve lost 8 pounds already in a few weeks and it is pretty easy – it definitely does work – but only if you are totally committed to changing the way you look.

    You see a lot of fad diets out there focus on a quick fix – that is not the way to lose weight permanently. With Strip That Fat your focus will be on long term, healthy weight loss rather than unhealthy short term “miracle” weight loss.

    No doubt you will lose a lot of weight fast with some of these other “fad” diets but the problem is sticking to them because they are too drastic. In the end when you lose weight too fast you end up getting disillusioned and stopping the diet – then you often find you put all those pounds you lost back on – and more! At least that is what happened to me.

    IF you just want to lose weight for an up coming vacation then perhaps Strip That Fat isn’t for you but if you want LONG TERM success I haven’t seen any better. Check out the link below to read the most in depth review of Strip The Fat out there right now.
