Food that stimulates weight loss and boosts metabolism?

Okay, so I am in serious need to loose some serious weight. The only exercise that I am able to get is for about 1 hour and 45 minutes at marching band plus I am in school so eating right is sort of difficult for me. I am willing to eat food that stimulates weight loss and boosts metabolism though. Any nutritionists or food experts out there that can help me? My body and I would be eternally gratefull!

    Negative calorie foods are foods that burn more calories in eating & digesting than the food itself actually contains (of course without slathering the foods in butter & salt). Reading online I found the following negative calorie foods: corn, carrots, broccoli, pineapple, celery, peas, cabbage, apples, grapefruit, asparagus, beets, cauliflower, hot chili peppers, cucumbers, endive, garlic, green beans, zucchini, cranberries, lemons, mangos, oranges, pineapples, raspberries, strawberries, tangerines, lettuce, onions, papaya, radishes, spinach & turnips. Try searching online for negative calorie foods & you’ll probably find more.

    Also, eat lots of spicy foods & drink green tea (without all the sugar).

    Here’s another tip:

    Just standing in place burns approximately 20 calories every 10 mins. (So you could stand while eating or watching tv, instead of sitting during these activities.)
