What is a good eating plan to build my abs better?

JayT asked:

Well lots of people who ask questions about muscle online usually are starting from Zero. However, i actually have been working out for a while now and have achieved a 4pac and fairly decent arm muscles. Although, my 4pac is only shown when i move my extra flab/skin to the side.

What i want to know is what is a good eating plan for me to eat that will make my abs grow more and make me not have to move my flab to the side.

Thankyou

    Hey bud.

Eat Celery and Banana’s inbetween each meal, and keep your carb intake low.. But make sure you consume plenty of protein. (Tuna is a excellent source of protein, along with chicken, turkey, ham, milk, peanut butter ect.)

Celery will also increase your sperm count and can possibly raise your Testostrone level’s if they are low.

30 grams of protein per meal. You can get this from a protein shake from your local health food store. Keep the carbs as low as possible. Excess carbs is the major reason for belly flab. So eat a high protein low carb diet and you should be on your way to your goal. Also, drink plenty of water to flush your system.

    Need to lose weight?

Well food cant make your muscles grow….SORRY. But if you make sure protein is in your diet and you are drinking allot of water. try to replace your sugary drinks with water and cut down the sugary drinks to at most one a day. Then try not to snack too much and eat enough to fill you during a meal then you wont want to snack. For your meals make them healthy fruits veggies fish just in general healthy things. Then maybe like 2-3 times a day do sit ups those will make your muscles in your stomach grow your abs will begin to delvelop after the first week or so.
