I have a question about weight loss diet?

brown rice is fine and so is wholemeal pasta. normal pasta is ok too as long as you don’t overcook it, ie stop cooking it just before it goes tender… a little bit hard still but not crunchy. Ten minutes in boiling water instead of 15.
